How to Apply

Teller Positions

  1. All teller positions require a jobseeker to passing the teller skills assessment test prior to submitting an application.
  2. Teller jobseekers should possess at least 6 months of cash handling experience.
  3. Applications submitted without first passing the teller test will not be accepted.
  4. To schedule a teller skills assessment test, please call (210)736-7785. Teller test will be  administered only when Jefferson Bank has open positions.

All Other Positions

  1. Possess the minimum qualifications for the job.
  2. Complete the Jefferson Employment Application for a specific vacant position.
    • Resumes without a completed application for an open position will not be accepted.
    • Unsolicited resumes will not be accepted.
    • A qualified individual's application will be active for 60 days or until the position has been filled.
    • After that time, an individual must apply for another open position.  Individuals who send resumes to the HR department will not be considered applicants unless they complete a written employment application for a specific vacant position and possess the minimum qualifications for the vacant position.
